    Our standard full property buyout rate starts from $4,500 USD per night (plus 9% tax), which includes all 12 rooms, breakfast, & Lunch for up to 34 guests.

  • Is there staff on site during our stay?

    Yes. Your group will be supported by:

    • A  Front Desk Host available daily
    • Our housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams
    • Overnight security (optional)

    We aim to be present but discreet to ensure your comfort and privacy. If you prefer a more private experience, we can arrange for minimal staff presence during your stay.
