1. By Air
A quick 40-minute domestic flight on Tropic Air or Maya Island Air takes you from Belize City to Placencia. From there, it’s an easy 25-minute ride with our trusted driver, Alex, who can bring you directly to the hotel for $20.


2. By Private Shuttle
For a scenic and relaxed option, our partner Cameron offers private air-conditioned transfers for 250 USD. The journey takes around three and a half hours and passes through rainforest-covered hills, citrus farms, and small local towns.


3. By Car
If you enjoy flexibility and a bit of adventure, rent a car at the airport and drive yourself. The roads are well-maintained, and the route gives you the freedom to stop for photos, fresh fruit stands, or a short detour to the Belize Zoo along the way.

Getting Around Once You Arrive

Maya Beach is peaceful and easy to explore. Most guests prefer to get around just as the locals do slowly, and always with time to enjoy the view.
